We are looking for people to volunteer in 4 hour shifts, possibly multiple shifts to keep everyone rotating so that volunteers are able to enjoy the faire as well. if you see a task or job which you are interested in performing, please let us know by filling out the form below! Setup 5-9PM

  • Set up stanchions

  • Run flagging ropes

  • Spray paint Hero Row locations

  • Set up barriers for knight fighting

  • Set up tent for knight fighting with 2 walls

  • Install tent fans

  • Set up barriers for Highland games

  • Set up Stage A and B2

  • Set out sign wire-guides for sponsors

  • Set out sign wire-guides for stages

  • Shut down 1st Ave NW
